Head Bolt "Jesus Bolt"
Not sure of correct title of bolt, it is the one at top that mates the rotor head to the shaft, Heli is Hausler 450 V2. Lucky for me I was doing testing on ground and bolt flew out. I need to verify the size, appears to be 12mm in length, not sure if metric or other. Thanks, Chan

The jesus bolt is the one located on the bottom of the main shaft keeping the whole assembly in place. The bolt that goes through the top and the block is the head block bolt. Almost every heli is metric, I don't think I've ever worked on one with sae sizes.

The Jesus bolt is actually the one holding the head block onto the main rotor mast(main shaft) as the OP stated..And they are metric, M2x12.

Got it and thanks for replies, off to Ocala hobby store for M2X12 n lok nut if available, lok tite is not. Merry Christmas to all n happy flying.

You can pick up LokTite, Blue, at any hardware store. I know Ace Hardware, Kablins will also have the bolt as well. They do here anyways. I buy the stainless metric hardware there when needed

You know where the name came from?
Its actually from full size heli Jesus nut.. If it fails all the pilot can do is say : 'Jesus' Put the music on!!! :

They're both jesus bolts because they make a cross with the main shaft.
