Mine was much worse. Yours looks pretty even side to side and looks more like washout than a warped aileron.

So with the Orange R615X receiver, do I need to take it out of the case to make it work or will it fit with the case. It looks like a hole will need to be made for the antennas both on the side and bottom of the fuselage. Correct ?

Yes, just take it out of the case, you'll be surprised how small it is.

It cost me $100 to fix mine
New fuselage
2 recommended futaba servos
And an entire prop assembly
Flew mine yesterday. It flys great so far

Sounds like a good idea to buy the arf and use servos you will fit ones flying style.
