Question
Retracts for new 50" F-84 scratchbuild

I am starting a build on a 50" span F-84 thunderjet. Going with the pink and blue Lowes and Depot foams like the Hawker Hunter I built. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=769256

I am guessing a final weight of 3 or so pounds and want to use retracts. I have not used them before and was wondering if someone could recommend a good set a mechanicals for the mains and nose? I may use the scale struts from here:

if they will be strong enough. Also, what servos are you using and other misc. hardware.

Thanks,

Ryan
