Man, the price HAS gone up. I paid $85 for this ESC 6 weeks ago (without buddy code) and $5 for the programming card.

I guess a little. 3 or 4 bucks more ea. than I paid ( global & USA warehouse)

But 82.59 is still better than 117.86 (this went up also)

Mine were 79.26 and 78.66

I heard a rumor that China was using our congress to write new tax laws.

Strange, when I poster the retail price earlier, it was 117.86, just looked now to verify weight, it's now 124.06, with the one time offer of 94.55?

Any way unless my new scale if off, it is a touch heavier at 173g/6.1 oz

ticketec, good time to have jumped on it!!

Thank mate, I've been keeping an eye out for them since I saw your first post and I then received a dodgy sentilon 100A HV that would fail in flight. It would get "stuck" at 70-80% throttle.

Looking forward to the longer flight times! Just have to decide if I should install it in my bae hawk, or my sabre.

Thanks

Dave

You know , it does't get better than this. Modelers from around the world, sharing, exchanging info--

Sabre you say! I've been working on this one for awhile--still a long way to go.l

Hobby kings pricings on the YEP ESC doesn't make much sense anyway. The 80A HV costs more than the 120A HV??? But you are right prices are starting to creep up, so although I did not immediately need one I ordered a 120A HV anyway

once they have cloned something with a low price and they start selling, they jack the price up for even more profit

My YEP 120A arrived!

She be a big girl!!! not sure that it will fit into my flyfly Hawk. might have to go into the flyfly sabre.

It has no spark suppression. I have a dead sentillion 100A ESC I was thinking of robbing it's spark suppressing lead, anyone had problems doing that?

I also bought the programming card with it but haven't fired everything up yet. trying to find out what settings I will need first.

Thanks

dave

Yep thanks mate, I read the posts on the other YEP thread after I had posted this question here and I read that I will have to manually set the cell count to use the spark suppressor because It may cause issues with the LVC if not.

Thanks

The spark suppression has NOTHING to do with LVC.
