We are Parnassians !
I´m always curious about this "sickness" condition that we live in this hobby, trying to understand what move us, what is the motivation behind it.
From the high school time something is on my mind, from this "poetry" movement - the parnassianism : They were obstinated by the form, metric, much more than the content.
There´s another line of thinking about this, the Biology side of being a Male : The male has much of his pleasure related to the shape, again, the form.
When I see a guy doing a T-28 Trojan big scale - the left side of my brain say - "stupid, how can it be a glider with such HUGE fuselage ? It will never perform any good !"
And the right side of my brain say "What a beautifull big fuselage shape !"
We do want the performance of an F3F.
We also consider an F3F ship too skinny in the sky !
I would like to have the performance of an F3F in a L-33 Albatros body.
This is all about "in the name of the shape!"
