It's a small heli. If you sneeze at it you will blow it away! lol ok just kidding. It flies pretty good outdoors and can handle the wind no problem. It's by all means no 700 size, but 5-10mph breeze is nothing for the little 180

Nice one,are you sure though because i will be just flying it outdoors, would ideally be flying it in 15mph winds,if it can't handle this i understand but i don't want to get something that i can't fly outdoors,i have two small helis this size already (Twister models from J perkins) they are crap outdoors and can't handle anywind at all...... so they are strictly indoors.

Sorry for a back to back post, firstly my internet wasn't great earlier on so i couldn't watch that promo video, but Wow...... i'm blown away,i am not too well up these days on helis, yeah i do fly them at home now and then but am very intrested in 3D with them, but Horizon have definately done it these days and managed full blown 3D capability in small helicopters.

I'm blown away,i will be 100percent definately getting one of these, will update.

No, you will not be able to fly this heli without good experience with CP helicopters.

Your next step should probably be a 4 channel FP or quad. 3.5ch helis have a different control layout from 4+ channel helis. A cheap quad will allow you to learn the new layout without breaking the bank on replacement parts.

The progress is like so:

3.5 channel > 4 channel FP 45deg flybarred heli > 4 ch quad : 4 ch flybarless FP heli > 6 ch CP

Ohh where to start on this thing....my friend has one,he just went away and hopped it up (A lot) the parts on this thing are rubbish,so brittle and over priced.

I told him throw it in the bin, already he has in excess of 400euros worth of parts spent on it,the torque tube keeps coming away from the main heli frame and no matter what he does it won't even stay in so this always results in costly crashes,he has just rebuilt it again and got all the recent info online and it has crashed Again, tail torque tube came out again.

This is his 15th or more rebuild and this lad knows what he is doing he builds large helis and flys nothing under 500 size machines,i am starting to feel sorry for him at this stage as he never gets to fly this,i refused to fly it and set it up because i don't want nothing to do with it at this stage,i could do simple modds on the tail boom to stop it from coming out but cosmetically it wouldn't look the part on his hopped up heli.

This is by far the most overpriced and worst product i have personally ever seen in a long time,i'm sorry if my comment offends any one,i am just giving an honest review on it.

God knows how many servos he has had to rebuild,if the heli just topples over before lift off a servo gear is busted.

I have seen micro co axil helis for 40euros last longer than this thing......

Wow is all i have to say and thank god i never touched one!

Positives i can see,it's a spirited performer and is very nice looking awell as been a nice size,i really just can't believe that at least the servos arn't stronger, for this performance these should only be metal geared, yes i know they are an upgrade but out of the box it's far from a cheap heli at this price!!

Another update, well my friend spent another 4hours at this thing and he test flew it today, there is some sort of power surging going on and it just drops like a rock out of the sky, motor seems fine,ESC and all wiring can't be better.....he does not know what is wrong, radio settings all checked and double checked online and via manual.

I feel sorry for him,he arrived to me today and gave me the lot,all his parts and heli,i didn't want them and have no interest in it either, but wanted a micro heli i have so he gave me this...... i told him he was not getting a fair deal because my micro heli is far cheaper than this but he insisted i look at it if i get time and to try to get it going and have fun with it....

I'm not jokin......this guy has spent over 400euros on spares for this between hop ups and servos and spare ESC everything is here for it........ he is out of pocket big time.

I doubt i will have the interest to go at this thing.....well it's here now and on the shelf and i think that's where it's going to stay!

My friend bought this and it became one of his favorite helis. Guess like anything else it depends on who owns it. I have seen a couple fly and bird flys well.
