So...which is easier to fly GWS Cub or GWS TM?

So...which is easier to fly GWS Cub or GWS TM?

As a newbie who today crashed and burned on an electric sail plane (Dymond Flipper) I am wondering which of the above would be a good bet.

I am flying on a simulator and hope to teach myyself to fly rc.

Any input appreciated!

Hello Hammer Head:

I have both of the airplanes and they are very good choices. However, your better bet is on the Tiger Moth. It's easier to fly and more stable. Good luck and have fun.

It doesn't matter as both are stable flyers. Take your pick.

Hello Hammer Head:

I'd like to agree with boomerace. However, TM is just too beautiful to pass.

I've just acquired one as shown in the following picture.

Thanks

Wow nice looking moth!

So pretty much either plane!

Thanks for the posts, I am new to this Board and obviously to RC.

I am very impressed at the level of expertise on the Board!

Fly on!

Hammer......imho, why bother tearing up full fuse models while learning......wouldn't just a GWS stick type be better to learn on with all the electronics/ mechnicals easier to get access to and most likely, all you'll probably break off is the front stick, you'd be surprised how much fun just sticks and consistant flying is......jm2cts............kw

It would be quite hard to tear up the TM fuse. A full fuse also protects the 'lectronics inside... looks better too
