Yes, it is intentional. The 4 wing motors are 2 CW and 2 CCW so in theory they cancel each other out in terms of torque. There is nothing to cancel the torque of the tail rotor however. It turns CCW when viewed from above, so the plane would naturally yaw to the right. by leaning the tail rotor to the right it drags the tail to the right, and nose to the left so it all cancels out. The plane then needs to lean slightly left to counter the right thrust from the tail, but it is such a tiny amount you can't even see it.
