What does "over used" mean to you. Are you going by the 4459mah put back in?

For all we know it might actually be a 4800mah pack. If it was actually 99% discharged, the motor would have had zero power at the end. Was that the case?

If it's not puffed I'd use it again and again.

That's over 3.3V per cell. Lower than you want to take it regularly but a single incident won't hurt it. Charge it up and use it.

I agree with James, the unloaded voltage should have been around 3.7V which is OK.
But that begs the question of why a pack 80% discharged would take about 20% more mah in than it could hold (unless it was grossly under rated).

Something is still a mystery.

ferdy55,
Some indications that a LiPo battery has seen it's better days can be if one or more cell get higher and higer IR (internal resistance) - some charger can display value of IR, one or more cell takes long time to reach 4.20 volt (fully charged) or its performance start to decrease. Or if it swell (but even if a pack swell it is not always immediately ready for recycle bin, but probably soon so). As long as none of these things happen I would just continue to use a pack like Yours. A LiPo pack usually can cope with one such incidence You had but regular drain below lets say 10% left of capacity You will probably get problem with the pack. Rule is to have approx 20% of capacity left at landing (checked by using a timer in radio that beeps after x minutes or telemetry with current sensor to keep track of mAh used for example).
