I had him modify the aileron and flap servo mounts. The plans have an elaborate system of pulleys and cables. I ordered robart electric 85 degree retracts, I hope this will be the right degree for the wing.

Refresh my aging memory who's Swift design are you building?

Hey Don did you get the Navion fixed and ready to fly? Spring is almost here.

My Swift is still waiting it's turn I have a Ryan SC to build first.

Hey guys. The guy that is building it lives an hour away from me. He is suppose to send me more pictures. We have been delayed because the robart struts had an issue and had to be sent back and this has took two weeks. Next the electric retracts by robart was wrong size

Hopefully soon!

FYI Custom Swift Gear Availability

If anyone here has the Charles Richard or Clovis Miller plans and/or cowling to build a Globe Swift Robinaire has just a few of the custom scale castings left to build the struts for retracts sets. He gets about $325 with the air kit and shipping. Contact Lee before he runs out or you'll be left out in the cold. His guy who was making the castings has passed on.
