I saw a picture a while back about the location of someone's ESC. Where did you guys mount yours? The ZTW has those dinky short wires, so I ended up having to fight with the ESC when trying to move the battery into the nose. I'm considering getting some of these - I don't want to move it toward the back, but it's got to go somewhere else.

I'd like to but apparently that's not a good thing to do without increasing the capacitors on the input (battery leads). I'm guessing there's a reason ZTW made them so short (can't be the price of extra wire I hope!)
I'll also look into extending the battery tray. At the very least I have to move the ESC to get the wires out of the way. The other option, of course, is just shove some weight in the nose but I really don't want to resort to that. |
