Beware rctimer.com, they never delivered
Bad experience with rctimer that sells eg. camera gimbal and parts for multirotors:
My spouse ordered from rc-timer http://www.rctimer.com some camera gimball parts with couple of hundreds of dollars (it was not a sum we would forget about and just throw away like that). And we never received it because rctimer never delivered anything. What happened was that:
- they never delivered the goods (package did not get lost in post, it apparently never existed, in other words, they did not send it in the first place)
- they charged credit card (for the package they did not even bother to send)
- they stopped responding to requests whereabouts of the delivery, they could not even provide a valid tracking number for the package but sent a (fake?) tracking number of somebody else that had product delivered to another country very far away from here. So in fact they never even sent it, just billed the card, and then pretended like they would have delivered it.
Because we waited for over 45 days for the goods to arrive (I think the order was made in March and it is now June already), as it can sometimes take this long for delivery come from China to Finland, Paypal now refuses any complaints (and is thus protecting the seller despite the seller is doing a scam obviously about this purchase. Not sure if we can try to get the money back from the credit card company, will have to check that route next.
Therefore I would like to caution shopping at rctimer, you may lose hundreds of dollars for nothing, they are potentially scammers. We had terribly bad experience with them. Inexpensive prices, but based on our experience, not recommended place to buy anything, so beware.

Same problem: RCTIMER DOES NOT DELIVER
I have the same problem.
On 27th March I ordered (luckily for a small amount as I was not too sure about RCtimer).
On 24 April I inquire about the status of my order. RCTimer sends back an email asking to confirm my shipping address.
I canceled the order as it supposedly still needed to be shipped and was promised a refund.
I inquired on May 1 about the refund. no response. On May 14, I inquired again: RCTimer sends back an email asking to confirm my shipping address, again!
I confirmed my preference for a refund. RCTimer needed to "check the database".
May 27: I inquired again, no response, July 1 same.
My best guess: RCTimer responds and keeps you hanging until the 45 days limit before which Paypal requires you file a complaint, has passed. Then it is silence.
I guess if you pay little you get little.

Same experience overall
I have placed three orders of over several hundred dollars and nothing so far. That was in July. I fear this is shell game where they only deliver to a few and that's how they keep prices low. Maybe they can't keep up with demand.
We may need to get enough complaints together to crowd shame the site into either closing down or meeting the order commitments.
