In the past when I have had problems I tried their e-mail support. I have never received a response. Twice I was able to get through on their phone support. Both times I had a lengthy wait in order to get a customer service rep. I spoke to the same girl (Jessica) two days in a row only to confirm that she had lied to me during our first conversation (she admitted it!). A friend of mine who had a defective battery complained on their Facebook site and got a response shortly afterwards. Try a phone call if you can spare the time or start ranting on their Facebook page. I wish you luck but their customer service is equivalent to Banana Hobbys.

Okay thank you. I will give that a try as well. So should I simply post the issue about the faulty power supply that I recently bought from hobbypartz and how are you going to replace it using a facebook interface? Anyway I will post it there as suggested.

Danny,

Thank you for your support.

Order yhst-62196343123315-241110
Order Date: 01/22/2012

I have ordered some stuff today and mentioned about this faulty PSU in the comment section. Please see if you or anyone can take care of this and bunch it with my today's order. I can send you the faulty PSU if that is required.

I bought this for someone, gave it as a gift and now I am embarrassed.
