Download worked fine!

Great . It worked and I re-installed the apps. Took all of 5 minutes :-)

SOKO HELI TOOLBOX available for iOS

We are so happy to announce the release of our great Soko Heli Toolbox mobile application for Apple iOS devices.

https://itunes.apple.com/app/soko-he...ox/id947314316

The step by step instructions makes setup a breeze. The optional Virtual Main Shaft speeds it up even more. Find all features in the link to Apple’s App Store.

We have a lot of additional features almost ready to go (i.e. support for 3-bladed heads). So the coming updates are gonna be good!

Interesting sir! As some in my fleet are tri heads. Hate to say this, but I am so used to using your digital gauge and my adjusting stand to get the shaft at a perfect vertical. I may never use the new app! Brilliance is hard to improve on. lol........

You give me undue praise for sure. As your tool does so much more than what I use it for. I now see comments about your system going on almost daily in various heli forums all over the place. Even guys using it to level their high end stereo equipment. You have now set the industry standard, no small feat. And just to think, I remember the day you began brain storming about this. It is truly incredible to see what you did, and where it has gone. I am truly honored to have your tool in my possession, and for me, it has proven invaluable.
And out of all the years doing this, there are only three things to me that are really things I admire in the heli industry that have set what I call standards of excellence.
One, your Soko system. Two, my Skookum 720s with logging. Third, my RcTek tail stuff. I am still playing with a product called Diamond Lube that may be approaching a #4 spot. Each of these is set so far above the competition they are the things that stand out for me and made a big impact on my hobby.

I noticed something with the newer Toolbox update:

Previous to the most recent update, the Toolbox app used to have you check both positive and negative Collective readings and gave numbers to shoot for on both. Now it only asks for positive and only gives the positive values to meet.

THis is okay, and works, but for some flybarless systems like the Robird, you have to tune out interaction in both positive and negative. It would make things a lot easier if that function was re-implemented in the toolbox app.

I've double and triple checked, and the function is simply not there anymore on my app. I don't know if it's just an oversight in the updated coding, or what, but I thought I would give feedback on it.

Love my Soko setups!

Sure thing.

It may be a corrupted update download. I might try uninstalling and reinstalling the App first to make sure, but I am not seeing the Collective Pitch - values at all. Everything else is there.

Actually, I just reinstalled the app, and it's back to normal again. I must have had a signal interruption during the update process and it corrupted something during the update install process.

Everything's right as rain again. Sorry for the mix up!

great to hear.
but its quite a suprise to me that a corrupted update download leads to a stable and running app except one page is missing. Never heard bout that.
you kinda won the lottery here if think about the probability something like that happens

At the moment, I'm not sure if it was a corrupted download, or if it was my device having a hardware issue. All I know is uninstalling the app and reinstalling it fixed the problem. I should have taken a screen cap, I suppose. However, now I am noticing a few other apps that updated very recently acting a little wonky.

I am really wondering now if it's a problem with my hardware. (Phone is a few years old now)

You're right though, it's a one in a billion chance of something like that happening.

oohh OK.
Would be too bad if its a hardware issue. Where are the good old days where the phones lasted 6-10 years...
