On http://jetimodel.cz/index.php?page=article&id=16 , there's clearly stated "16 channels" (16 kanálů).

If you ask me, I would like to have the "normal" position of the trim adjustment, not this position like the multiplex royal pro have...

No price will be approximately 800 € which equals to $ 1100.

But pls remember, it is not allowed to fly with Jeti in US because they didn't pass the required FCC tests.

I like their clean design, reminds me the best of Multiplex.

What's strange for me are the gimball cavities: they're round, hence will limit stick movement when both sticks are set to their extremes - probably bothersome for 3D flyers.

Michal
Yeah,

I think you are actually right about the gimbals. PiNa, please ask the designer about this when you get the chance... Would be a bummer..

Juergen,

the guys at the exhibition clearly said MSRP should be around 700Euro. But 700 and 800 Euro is not much difference.

Also this tray version has 16 channels, according to Joshua guy thumb version DS-12 will have 12 channels only ... DS-16 is a mistyping.

Regarding sticks, they look like circular but they are moving on a square path, so it is not going to be a problem.

Added some new pics taken in Norimberk to my blog.

Then you need to wait couple of months as the SW is not ready yet.

You really think that is expensive for a 16 channel Tx with unlimited mixing, telemetry, great design +++ ?

Of course I'm speaking from the general prices here i Norway. And here this would be a fair price for such a Tx.

As a comparison
- Futaba 14 MZ cost 2750 USD here in Norway
- Graupners MC-32 IFS will cost well over 2000 USD (if it ever arrives). The HOTT version will probably cost less.
- Hitec offers as their top notch only a 9-ch Tx. Price is 700 USD
- Spektrum Dx8 cost approx 625 USD

But then again. The Hitec and Spectrum radios listed here is not at all comparable with Jetis DC-16 so spending the few extra bucks to get Jeti DC-16 is no problem as I see it

We are not, what you see on the pics is kind of partially working prototype - to whet your appetite and show you what is in the works. In the forthcoming busy months HW and SW of the new Jeti's radios will be polished, tuned and prepared for the public release. Some changes I know of: In the tray version repro-holes will be probably smaller to minimize dust entry. Thumb version will probably also have repro-holes and more control elements than current renders show. It is still not clear if the DS-12's LCD will be tilting or not.

it's not expensive for you because the basic salary in Norway is about 3000€ and up.
We will see the price for the world in the coming months, but they wont have a piece of the cake if they start at 700€, Futaba telemetry radio will be out soon

How come i'm always broke then?

But You're right of course There are a lot of good radios out there, so the competition will be hard in the months and years to come.

If DC-16 deliveres what is promised I'll go for one
