Aerominded,
I“ve goooooooooooooooooooooooooot the Topas

Thank you for your post. I was the final click to end this "internal conflict" of mine. Anyway it will be the first to go to the water as the friend of a friend of a friend sailboat will take time to be ready again (it was Portugal“s champ ship in that class a few years ago !) and the M-M has yet to arrive and is in a box.

Jan,

Thank you for your reply and the links.

"Over here" there is a will to create a MM class.

I think my MM in the Mondego river will be the first of many to come. The Topas might trigger into RC static scale fellows.

Regards

Joćo

WHERE in the world are you located ? if you wanted to buy sails made by a pro
we could provide sailmaker names depending what country your in.
if you want to make your own - well, actually the rig, when built , will give you
the dimensions needed for making sails - and there IS info available on how
to do home made sails.
are there any local rc sailboat clubs near where you live ? -ask for info/help
from them...

I'm only guessing, bit the main and foresails on the Graupner Libera mentioned in the thread as being nearly identical, look suspiciously like the ones on Graupner's now dicontinued Saphir. There's a sail plan on http://www.modelzeilen.nl/forum/view...php?f=18&t=345
