Do you want a DIY kit or are you looking for a Plug & Play type kit?
One can cost 10-20$ while the other can cost 60$or more. I bought a 60$ kit for another radio and then bought a 12$ kit and had no problems recommending both to others but I prefered the 60$ for ease of installation and great service from vendor/manufacturer.
HK has the inexpensive one and you can always ask the thread owner here if they have a kit for your radio and if not they can always custom make one for you.
This thread might be of interest to you also. But I think you already saw this one.

I saw this one but the link in that thread is old and no longer working.
I can get a kit for it from RadiosouthRC.com for 70.00
Just looking for cheaper.
Not sure what the kit is or how hard a simpler version would be.
