quadcopter gps & rth

Hi everyone

I have a GE-260 frame homebuilt quadcopter with the flip32 controller and orange RX ( looks like this : http://i.snag.gy/1RObw.jpg )

I wanna add the rth fonction upon it ( becuz I'm scared of getting away of control ), I've seen there's lots of model but I think the crius Pro + Ublox GPS seems the be the perfect combo for it ..

Except I just can't get "proper" references for the right Ublox Gps module to buy ( many tutorials seems to list different pieces and I won't get stuck with some non-working combo .. )

BTW, will this shopping list "work" ?
Crius Pro: http://www.dx.com/fr/p/crius-all-in-...troller-149346
Crius BT: http://eud.dx.com/product/zndiy-bry-...3#.VX67rxg6iao
Crius NEO-6m GPS: http://eud.dx.com/product/crius-neo-...ller-844266784

Does anyone have the right's shop reference & tutorial ( if available ) for me to enable rth upon my quad ?

Thanks for any advice

Just get a APM with GPS combo. That crius is old now and you could probably get a APM for the same or better. That's probably the best, most affordable flight controller out there. Easy setup, good software. The other day I had it land on my deck table after a RTL. Unbelievable!

Sorry for late reply! Yes like that.

What's even better than using bluetooth is the 3dr radio. It's specifically made for this flight controller and can be used by your phone with a simple USB OTG adapter, you can also use a laptop. The radio has MUCH more range than bluetooth, in fact it has so much range, some actually use it for their main RC link. You can also use it to get live telemetry throughout the whole flight. I've actually flown beyond line of sight just by watching my quads location move on google earth.

If you look around you can find this radio set for as low as $20-$25. There are two frequencies to choose from. If your in the US you need to get the 915mhz version because of legal reasons. If your elsewhere get the 433mhz it should have slightly better range.
