HK asked me to send photos of the batteries while still connected to the charger with the barcodes and IR readings on the charger showing. Once they got this they posted me two Turnigys as requested, no charge.
HK do say they are willing to send you replacement products without charge, depending on the circumstances.
So it is up to the customer to make the effort
Well, if you call sending them photo's of the burnt out connector, arguing for weeks with them via their rma site, and even opening a paypal dispute with them, and just being told to "send it back to china" even tho it was bought from the UK, and the post office here will not send Lipo's internationally, not making an effort, I'm guilty of that.
