Cool
F-14 ...Really FAST ...!!!

How about a nice smallish sorta' F-14ish for a cd motor ... wings swept back... with a 15t26awg cd motor and a 7x5 apc prop on 3/700lipos....= endless vertical , total wind penetration (for those breezy days ) , blistering downwind passes, rolling like a drill .kinda' stuff .... Interested???
www.FoamFly.com/gallery/Glen Not for beginners ... Please!!!!

Have you got any photos? It's quite hard to picture it from tiled plans.

It looks like a delta, painted to look like separate wing and tail, with an F14 profile fuselage? That sounds like nice simple fun...

I don't like slow flying jets soo..... for electric jets to interest me is if the jet can go 80-145mph......hehe..... i'll build one if it is one of those jets that are sleek and fast!

Any of our planes can easily go faster than that!... Just take it on vacation... In the check-in luggage

Got a 200w power system? I'm sure it will haul with that!

Got to take a pic, perhaps tomorrow , when we come back from flying ....
Given what I learned with the Martian Spaceship , I know now that even a humble 15t26awg cd motor(50W) on here would be a total ROCKET ..... This baby is small , airframe on the chuck glider is 1.25 oz. and that includes the clay to balance it ...I'm sure we could keep it under 5 oz. AUW...

Notice , downloaded a set of plans from the site... I may have to go back and re scan the plans , the edges don't quite line UP and you'd have to fudge them to fit .... Working !!!!! Anybody else have problems....
RobBen... you learned my secret , it is a delta, and real simple ...

Ahh, T-shirt weather... Here: more snow, high of 29, 24mph wind, Maybe a sweater and a wind breaker

As long as your breath doesn't condense and freeze on your beard, it's warm

14" wing span is 1:32.5 scale, so a scale speed of mach 2 is only about 40mph...

So even the chuck glider can do mach 1!
