Wings out of bag, I forgot how heavy the carbon makes them, and what a pain to cut ailerons off.

I see that you are still using West Systems epoxy. With MGS you will not get the air pockets and pin holes. Did you use 2 oz cloth against the Mylars?

What is MGS ???
All I have ever used is west systems. I think of pin holes as a way of life.

The way that I eliminate pin holes is to spread epoxy on the Mylar, use 3 paper business cards to scrape of all but a thin film, lay the 2 oz glass on the Epoxy wet Mylar, wet out the fiberglass with a little more epoxy, scrape of excess epoxy with the 3 business cards then cut the 2 oz glass to the edge of the Mylar with a new shape #11 blade (except the LE).

I get the fast cure epoxy since there is a big charge in shipping the slow cure. I have heard that MGS is the strongest epoxy available to the hobbyist. Not cheep but great to work with as it wets out the fiberglass better because it is so thin.
