GWS A4 wins BEST JET at FunFly

My GWS A4 won best jet at the 2010 Kingston (Ontario) Electric Funfly on Sat-Sun June 26 and 27. There were bigger and faster jets, but this jet just seemed to get everything right, and was a real crowd pleaser.

The model is painted in Israeli camouflage, is powered by an E-Flite 15 brushless motor and fan, 60-amp speed control on a 4S 2500mah lipo pack, and features E-Flite electric retracts.

It takes off (from grass!) and flies very-scale-like, and lands very gently.

Thanks GWS.

Congrats on the win. The A4 is a very tame flying jet with great manors! BTW it looks great!

I don't have any rudder.

I like using rudder when I fly, but the plane flies great without it.

The plane steers well with the nose-wheel.

You may also cut the rudder link together with the servo for nose gear.
