There is a foam hatch on the bottom if it,s like my airfield f4. there is two foam plugs that pull out. Under them is two screws. Remove the screws and the hatch will pull out. The fan is not glued in, it will come right out

If your using a stock fan you shouldn,t need to glue it. The hatch holds it in place. I used the eflite deltav 15 wich has mounting ears on the side. So i just glued in two balsa "rails" and screwed it to those so i can remove it if needed

Double sided carpet tape really holds well, if you're concerned about the fan shifting
