Calling All Aviation Enthusiasts


On Sept 9th the Erie Ottawa county airport in Port Clinton, OH will be hosting an event to promote the airport and the liberty air museum. People can come witness the beautiful Georgie's Gal B-25 on static display and the progress of the Ford Tri-Motor restoration. During this event the county has asked the local Huriot's Sport Flyers RC Club from Sandusky to attend and show off static displays and demonstrate RC flying. Also there will be fun events for the public to try their flying skills on a BIG screen RC Flight Simulator. People can visit the new 50's diner to eat at as well. Times are from 10:00AM to 4:00PM and RC flying from 1:00PM - 3:00PM. We encourage anyone who is interested in any kind of history or aviation to attend and to support the museum with honoring historic flight from the past. We would love to see a big turn out.
