Hey guys,

Excellent Day today, thanks to everyone that came out to fly! I mixed a video of the FPV Cam that fishRfly and I flew with today. I have more video from the ground with some of gent96's and Nickbm3's flights, but dont have time to mix them tonight, will post as soon as I can.

fishRfly,
I can put your videos on a disc if you want so you can cut them up however you want, these are shortened clips of some of the "highlights" to keep the length down.

gent96,
I believe that it is one of your planes that you can see in this video while my T-28 was shooting video, but I cant quite tell if its your Corsair, T-28, or Nick's P-51. I think I saw gear on it though so its probably yours.

Parkzone Stryker, T-28, and Ritewing First Person Videos (6 min 8 sec)

Here is the link for the Keychain cam from the seller I used, the video looks better on my computer than it does on the youtube version, I will have to play around with the video settings to get it to upload to youtube better.

Great Day!

Nice meeting everyone and seeing the variety of planes.

I am very impressed with that little camera. Very good video for what it is.

Great day! It was good to meet you guys. Usually i only fly by myself, it was awesome to have some other planes to watch and chase around. Definitely have to do it again!

Hi Bighead,
i think ive seen you posting in some 3DHS threads. You fly smaller planes at that park or is it large enough for the larger planes? Im in folsom and your park isnt too far, may have to come check it out.

The spot we were at today is HUGE, room for almost anything (cant wait to see that guys 90 size heli out there!)

That is me! I have flown everything out at Maidu (up to 57" Extra 330SC) Dirt runway is great unless you are flying EDF's.

The spot you guys flew yesterday...there enough runway for my SR-71? I need about 200' to get her up and down.

I think there is enough room, but you would have to navigate several light poles and and young trees, not too difficult. I think you could get a good idea what the aproach/runway looks like at the end of the videos with my Trojan in it (using the runway for landing).

hello bighead.
Thanks for quick reply.

Please look at the attached map.
Is the flying field at maidu the orange circle? or the
green circle? or both?

Is there possibility to fly EDF jets there?
Thanks.

The red circle is where we take off and land! Lots of room You can fly EDF's out there...if the plane has retracts you have to be really careful!! Lots of grass to land on if you have a belly lander.
