I don't know how picky you are, but the silver RA microlite or solite look pretty aluminum like to me... Not the polished look, but aluminum in color. Both can be purchased at www.toddsmodels.com. Solite is cheaper and comes in a pretty big roll.

JKAerotech carries silver mylar packing tape. Seems spendy at ~$25/roll but it goes a long way and is a heckuva lot cheaper than iron on coverings in metallic.

I covered my switchback body in SoLite silver and it looks like a dull aluminum. $10 per roll at www.mountainmodels.com and its really lightweight.
