Thanks

Is a shame the x board shape was more beautifully, this one is kind of ugly.

But there is this

Hi

I have one in great condition that I'm going to list on eBay along with an OrangeRX T-Six Transmitter, and an Orange Reciever (you need that to bind the Pocket Quad the first time.

I also have extra batteries and motors.

I'm curious if there's any interest before I take the time to list them??

Anthony

I also included another PQ for parts (not functional). I listed this and I have a lot of information about the PocketQuad in that listing.

Here are some photos.

For you electronics guys, will this work for a 3.3v regulator for powering a satellite rx off a 1s lipo?

I'm afraid that no:
Input Voltage Nominal (V) 3.6

That means that when the lipo voltage is < 3.6V (very likely to happen in flight, as it can drop to 3.2 or less at end of flight, or maybe you're using this lipo only for RX ?) the output won't be 3.3V but less.
Your best bet is a buck/boost converter, search in the pololu catalog if you're looking for something small and efficient.

I looked on pololu, at this one, I was just hoping to find something a wee bit smaller
https://www.pololu.com/product/2122

I am trying to find a better way to power the rx on this little beauty,

http://www.goodluckbuy.com/micro-qua...stm32f103.html
I am getting severe rx dropouts

If you go to this page, the Murata regulator says it can take 2.5-5.5 volts

No, it's a step down (buck) converter only, not buck/boost, it says 2.5V but it won't output 3.3V at this input voltage. Or maybe we're not talking of the same thing, in which case please point me to a precise datasheet, not a link with 10s of them

I've this quad too, and I've brownouts too with Spektrum sats
It flies like s..t anyway, so I'm not really interested in buying things for it, I use it only to test small base/clean flight devs.

On the PUMQ we're not having this problem because it has a 5V step up first after the battery, then a 3.3v step down for RX & MPU6050.

Ok, I found it, for the LXDC3EP33F-204 (the one you were looking at) the minimum input voltage is 4.0V according to the datasheet. 2.5V is for models with lower output voltage (1.8V max)

Ah hah, thanks for digging into that. I thought about doing exactly what the PUMQ does, going from a 5v step up to a 3.3v step down to filter as well as give a consistent power source.
I too am just planning on using it as a 32 bit testbed for when weather out side is frightfull!
