Cool!

Is there actually much difference between the V1 + V2? I know bolt spacing is different but didn't know what else otherwise.

I recently ordered another V1 just for spare parts as mine is getting a little beat up from the car parks, though I've got some decent carbon arms on the way also from Red20RC (though the stock ones have never let me down).

That is definitely a "now why didn't I think of that?!" kind of genius!

there's a PDB, think the arms and plates are thicker, does weigh abit more, but also go the LEDS, UBEC bits n bobs,

Yeh was gonna go back to another V1, but really fancied having a nice setup instead of wires all over the shop

Red20 are awesome! Got a Bonsai camera mount/blunt mod ready to order, anyone else need bits ordering from there to save on postage?

Ahh ok interesting yeah - I currently run the Nucleus PDB but that's for a V1 which is why I wouldn't change - good to know there's PDB's for both now

Yeah really like Red20, ordered them arms and a 170mm frame a week or so back, can't wait to receive them, look to get great reviews

Currently sitting in my local walk in centre waiting for my finger to be looked at... I see to have cut through the nail on one side and taken off my finger print on the other. my own stupid fault as usual... Those props go fast, lucky it wasn't carbon!

Ha thanks. Some people in a dedicated bungee launch thread said it wouldn't work. .. I like proving people wrong!

Mine is just getting beak up flying circuits in open air.
I wish I knew why I/the quad was such a pants flier.

I've got a ZMR 250 with 1806's, plush 10 ESC with the latest BL heli on them, using a Naze32 with 1.9.0 cleanflight and Gemfam 6045 props.
It always seems to be stable ETC but I can't get a high speed turn at low level working to save my life.

What PID controller are we supposed to be using now (I'm using the hybrid one) ?

Hit a tree on my last flight last night. When I got home I realised that the vtx was missing.
Went back to look for it this morning, I couldn't find it anywhere. :-(
I eventually found it in a tree!

Controller 1 or 2 are popular at the moment, using "BorisFlight" - it's basically the master branch of CleanFlight but pre-built, as 1.10 isn't out yet, but has loads of improvements like the Gyro LPF and Lux improvements.
