Anderson m5 / duratrax 450 gyro problem?

I have an anderson m5. It seems as if the bike wont hold itself up like all the videos online show. Once i set it off it shortly lands on its side and has no gyroscopic effect?

On throttle i xant gear the gyro spinning when i let off.

Parts replaced to tey and resolve the issue are:
Rear wheel main shaft
1 way bearing
All bearings
Swing arm (wheel binding)
Plastic washers that go on outer bearing on rear wheels
Swing arm chain spacers

The spring on the clutch is fine and it all moves freely inside the wheel. Currently has 5 weights evenly spaced inside the rear wheel.

Looking at the exploded diagrams it shows a 6x9mm bushing within the wheel ans it seems i dont have that in mine? Could this be stopping the gyro working? Is there a part number for that bushing or do i need to find some washers that fit?

Getting extremely frustrated with it not working now as i got it second hand and havent used it since purchase.

Bike is running a 4370kv trackstar 9t with 60a esc on 2200mah turnigy nano tec's.
