Tensho Acro

Couldn't find any threads on this plane.

So I thought I would start one and hopefully I have done this in the right place.

I have had mine a few days and have done five flights and it is leaving me with a big grin after every flight.

Good points.
  • Flat spins like no other plane I have
  • Nice warmer liner performance with vector on or off
  • Tracks straight and true from the box
  • No flex on the wing
  • Glides well with power off
  • Good ventilation for all of the electrics

Not so good
  • 5 minutes fight time on a 2200mah 3s
  • Tight fit for battery
  • Not much room for receiver, mine is behind the battery

Not my video, but it gives the idea of how it flies

Yahh... I've been eyeballing this plane for a little while now. Looking forward to reading more reports and seeing more flight videos.

Is the vectoring coupled to the rudder or is it standalone? And are you able to pull out of a flat spin by reversing the vector direction?

Inquiring minds want to know!

I have vector tied in with the rudder and can switch this off on the mix switch on my DX8.

I have not tried reverse direction for the flat spin i just put the rudder back to the centre and just pull up.

Once in a flat spin the ailerons and elevator have no authority.

I have found it will spin flatter if you push the ailerons to the opposite of the rubber. Still loving this plane.
