HobbyKing RMA Process a NIGHMARE!! - RESOLVED!!!

Their warehouse signed for a RMA parcel 31 July. I've been chatting with agents ever since and they still can't get it right. I keep trying to get any kind of return on my funds but their procedures are completely screwed up. I'm so angry at this point I could spit fire!!

At this point I'm just starting this thread. I'll post all the details later when I'm not so angry. I'll include copies of the many chat sessions.

I'm completely OUTRAGED at these clowns!!!

The chat agents have been professional and patient with me. They claim it's the warehouse that isn't communicating the information regarding RMA returns. Frankly I could not care less WHERE the problems are with the Hobby King RMA process. I just want the several hundred dollars they OWE me but WON'T give back!!

I finally had enough and filed PayPal disputes. It was a bit confusing for the PayPal agent because there are 4 RMAs from 3 orders, plus I didn't return all items in those orders. I hope to have this resolved in 10 days. We'll see.....

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HOBBY KING AGAIN... NEVER!!!

After less than 24 hours, I received a message from PayPal that Hobby King offered a correct refund on ONE of the three disputes I filed. I accepted the refund and closed that one dispute.

That's very quick response considering I've been trying to resolve this with Hobby King for nearly a MONTH. It's funny how bringing in the big guns encourages thieving cowards to do the right thing.

EDIT: All disputes closed as of 31 August (see post #9). All refunds authorized. There is a seven day wait period though. I'll update again once all refunds are actually received.

I had to do an RMA a couple of weeks back and it all went ok for me,it did take a few weeks though but that was mainly because i'd never used this system before, but i know if i have to use it again (which i hope i don't have too) it should be quicker as i know what i'm doing now.
Also if you had got it touch with Rob over on the HKCSNYC thread he would of made sure it got sorted quick,he over saw mine after i got in touch (PM) with him and it went quite quick then.

Not sure if he can help you out while you have PP disputes going on,but it's worth knowing just in case or for others who might read this thread.

I guess you could still send him a PM and see if he can do anything.

Good man!

I been dealin with HK for a longlong time. Got to admit that out of dozens of orders and thousands of dollars, I never had a glitch to deal with.

CS has always seemed to be the downfall to their efforts and from everything I have seen Mr. ROB at HobbyKing CSNYC looks like the best thing thats ever happened to them (and us )
