Question
What to get for fathers day??

I love my dad, He has been with me all the way with this hobby, but i have one question; What do i get him fo fathers day!?!?! Generally im a better flier than him , but i have had lots of practice. So i was thinking a 3D trainer. Something small, but brushless, full aileron, rudder, elevator control, with basic 4 channel Tx. I would prefer an RTF or an ARTF. Any Suggestions?

All Regards,

Aw- that's mean... it's not a 3D plane (dang I even hate that term), but the RTF bipe at Hobby Lobby that is the same as the Cox Christen Eagle is a nice machine. Not even close to a... well...3D... hovercraft helicopter thing.

OK, a lil' Banchee is numero uno choice for a great flying machine IMHO, but i would look closely at the PA shock. A lot less mean

MG racer i have just been reading the tradertalk forum thread entitled ....EBay Comedy..., about the paper foam piece of tat and it was most amusing.

edit; The guys hilarious and actually pm'd me with post and pricing to UK in response to my response to thread half an hour back, i am still giggling, the dudes got more front than Woolworths

Maggie- nobody has ordered one of mine...

still hopeful!

Typhoon is a nice RTF- although the elevator servos have been known to strip. Mine did.

Another option

How 'bout an RC blimp? They are slow and stable. Can't imagine that your dad could crash this.
