The first post!

I have a few things that I was going to list in the classifieds but I'll offer them to the club first.

SOLDFirst is a Hobby Lobby Freewing SU-34 EDF airframe that includes a brand new pair of 4000kv EDF motors. Includes fans and retracts. Requires servos, RX, lipo and esc's. These are permanently out of stock at Hobby Lobby and listed for $130 without the motors. I'd like $140. Shipping is about $25 but I'd rather deliver.

Next is a SIG 1/4 scale Cub airframe with an aftermarket fiberglass cowl. It's framed up but has sustained some damage to the left wing tip and leading edge. Obviously will need to have some repairs done before covering. Includes spare balsa and some of the plans sections to aid in making the repairs. $75

SOLDNext up is my much used Great Planes Electrifly SPAD XIII. She'a a bit war weary but still has a lot of life left in her. New sells for $129 so how about $55. Includes the assembly manual and the dummy lateral exhaust pipes.

My vote is for the Groove G-480. It is one of the most aerobatic, yet totally enjoyable and easy to fly plane I've ever had. Put it on low rates till you get used to it, then switch to high and have some wild fun!

So I've heard...Maybe regroove too
But I'm also being told that balsa is for old timers so I'm not sure if I want to jump in on it quite yet.

I love the looks of the first one, but it's too tiny (27" wingspan). Personally, I'm not a fan of the looks of the second one, but at 48" wingspan, it seems better suited for outdoor flying. To each his own...

Take a look at Mountain Models as well. They also make great lasercut kits similar to Stevens Aero. The Tantrum, the Switchback, and the Miniflash are all great (to name a few).
