F-27C Stryker - Beyond the Parkflyer

That's right. In parallell. Motor is a 1500kv, and the prop is a 7x5E. Max speed (OSD GPS) is about 135kph at 28A, but it cruises at about 75-80kph on only 7-8A, which gives a flight time (theoretical) of almost 30 minutes from the 2x 3S2200 config.

Bottom of the fuselage is glassed to compensate for all the digging, and there's a 4mm CF rod from tail to nose. The two fwd pieces of the stock canopy is glued together and hinged in front for easy access to the battery bay. AUW is about 1080 grams.

glassing the bottom only is one way to keep her straight and light !
Perfect for long skid landings too

If I ever decide to move, I am going to buy a house in Norway !
Awesome flying spots, cool mountain views, and from what I hear (the only bad news), farmers are selling left and right to the petroleum industry ................. last visit by my MIL, and she said the "whole Country changed" due to the profit driven discovery of large natural resources (oil).

Please say it aint so ............... in a few years, I wont be able to afford anything but an ice patch from the North Pole ......

You should come, Mopar! Normal life is not affected by the recent oil&gaz bonanza, except for some occasional Klondyke situations when the gas companies open new shore bases. Engineering industry has been blooming for several decades, and the most noticeable effect for the rest of us is the absence of the recession....
