Damaged plane in shipping HELP * PICTURES ADDED !! HELP !


order number 254577 got here today , all busted up , refused , now what ?????

never mind sending a new one , refund please !!!

Why not give them time to file a complaint and claim with the carrier. It wasn't NP's fault, yet you rant on them. I sure your not the first nor the last. Just sayin.. Focus your anger on the carrier..

they could refund my money faster , that is their fault , i agree not 100% their fault for the damage , but the cardboard the box was made of is pretty cheasy , i received 4 planes that day , with the exception of one speed control all were ok (and the one in the pic) the other 3 were boxed in much better cardboard ...

I'm not sure how NP handles refunds for issues like this, but many vendors will not refund anything until the investigation with the shipper is resolved and collected on by them. This can take weeks or even months.

Hello Mr. Everett,

We have already filed a damage package claim with UPS. At this time there really isn't much that we can do except for wait for UPS to finish their investigation and resolve the issue. Once UPS is finished with the claim and we receive the reimbursement from UPS we can issue you the refund. Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this issue.
