Hi Sean.
I'm just cutting the fuse and have noticed with surprise the very large angle of incidence.
Is this an aberration for the weird foil, or do you have elevator trim set up to get a good glide?
I have made a foiled wing so would rather set neutral incidence. especially for aerobatics.
If this is a scale feature, remember that the original had a reflexed foil.

"neutral incidence" is good to go!
After flying one of my older Migs a while back, I was asked the same Q. I placed an incidence meter on to find it out about 3deg. It flew just great as is, so I left it. I have however payed a little more attention to it since.
Most times you have to lift the TE up.
General rule of thumb. Do not take a tape measure and incidence meter to a correx plane!

Sean's been using vinyl...
I tried spraying colours, but they "chip" off the correx.
Weight is not really an issue, but you can use the lighter vinyl made for translucent light boxes.
They do look great!

We are going to the Whale Festeval in Hermanus to watch the whales!!
I would like to take the Mig with.

The front bottom cover will differ from the plan a little. So trial fit and trim if need be.

Some spotwelds for the guys who like welding!!

To firm the loose ends note the pics.

Keep a gap for F3 before you place the servo. You can use one or two, your call.

Place some hard plastic or sorts to protect the LE and TE where the elastics wrap around. When the plane is not being flown, release them, as the constant preasure deforms the wing in this area and gives you permanent spoilers.

OK!, the canopy could look a tad more scale. I'll get there. In the mean time...
