Everything is done up to the spoiler box installation and the top LE sheeting....starting to look like a real wing! I'm going to use HS-55's for spoiler servos.

I took a small break from the left wing panel and went back to the fuse to finish a couple of things onit.

I made a metal loop to remove the rear hatch and also double as a hold down via the rare earth magnet I have mounted in the fuse. I'm going to do the same thing for the forward hatch, but shouldn't have to add the loop since you can grab the sides of the hatch.

I also fitted my servos....I'm using Hitec HS-225MG's in the fuse and HS-55's in the spoiler bays.

Top LE sheeting in place. Spoiler boxes done and spoiler control horn mounted. I used left over spar pieces for spoiler door rails and have the 1/16" ply servo door fitted to the wing. More pics this evening.

Here pics of the inboard LE sheeting weighted and drying....and the outboard panel with the LE sheeting attached. Next is trim the sheeting, attach the LE and tip, then shape, shape, sand, sand, cough, cough, sand.......

The tape method described in the directions works pretty well, just sometime the CA doesn't want to work very well with other glues in the area....so the weight is handy.

Sorry it's been awhile since posting, but things have been hectic around here and we took a few days off to go camping sown in southern Oklahoma.

I'll try to get the leading edge and tip put on the left wing this weekend and start shaping. I must admit, I was surprised to see the LE made of balsa instead of spruce, but that's okay.
