Depends on your definition of best.
All cp 450 heli's can fly inverted.

huh? Are you looking for a cheapo rtf ship or something? Anything else and you will do all the tx settings yourself. And slop doesn't really have anything to do with inverted more so than it has to do with any other aspect of helicopter flight. If you want a rtf get a blade 450. If you already have a radio get a trex 450 pro. Based on your responses I think you need to do some research on r/c heli's before you jump in. Just because you buy a heli that can fly inverted, that by no means YOU will be able to right away. There is some what of a learning curve with helicopters. Please forgive me if I'm making you seem like a newb, but it doesn't sound like you have much experience with helicopters.

Well,it's gonna be around a year or so before you;ll be able to fly inverted(probably),so you have plenty of time to learn how to setup your heli.It won't be an rtf, most likely.
Go get a sim and an mCPX.
