I ordered a Master CP from Xheli, it was missing the battery. I received emails CS Anica stating the helicopter will include a battery. The battery was missing from the box. I chatted with confirming a battery will be shipped soon, Anica confirmed this by email also. Today Sarah stated they will not ship me battery, and my only option is to pay to return the helicopter. She they do not have to stand by their words and emails and can do as they please. I requested a refund for the battery cost, once again she said Xheli will not honor any promises.
Well my bank will fix their bad customer service and false product descriptions.
