So i just got a new V4 OSD pro with altitude meter.
my problem is that if i fly away from any metal objects it works great!
But I took it on the construction site for work, there are lots of metal plates and etc around. I took off about 2m in the air and the altitude meter jumped to 12m!! it did this a couple of times.
as soon as I got about 30m in the air it worked again! ??? hmm
Is there any way to avoid this?? i.e putting in a film canister or something??
thanks in advance

When I get strangeness like that, It's usually because of a kink in one of the hoses from the probe to the electronices. The hoses should be cut to length and not bent at an extreme angle. I mount the electronics package as near the pitot tube as possible and use extension cables if necessary to connect them to the V4
