read the EHBG stickied at the top of the forum. It should have most of the information you need to set up the heli correctly. If you're new to helis, there's a lot of basics you should know before flinging that big monster into the air!

not 1st heli

No, the 600 is not my first. Might as well be though. I have a blade cp
its a baby compared to rex600. I really believe the 600 is easier to hover
bacause it seems much more stable. Thanks for asking. There are not hardly any helicopter guys in baton rouge la. i have so many questions about set up ,i don,t know where to begin

thanks

Yeah, if you previously had a blade CP, then you're basically only a half-step above a complete newbie since you've never had to do transmitter setup and other things.

The EHBG section on "Helicopter and Transmitter Setup" should help.

'Pulsing' sounds like an ESC in governor mode when battery voltage becomes low. That's how it tells you that it's time to land it and re-charge.

An invaluable source of specific advice on setting up your 600 can be found on HeliFreak.com. Go to Finless Bob's HeliFreak Tech Room. You must register to log on to HeliFreak but it is free. Finless Bob has made a series of videos describing how to build and set up the Trex 600 (and other heli's), and he provides these videos as free downloads.

When I set up and tweak my Trex 450 Finless is there to help, and thanks to his abundant good will I have always flown, fixed, and flown again successfully, if not especially skillfully....
