Help!
Pictures included ailerons seperating from foam

Well i got my throws a bit higher with the momentary launch switch and more energy into the through but then I started to lose trim and it turns out I broke it. The ailerons are coming away from the foam. The skin is intact but pealed away from the foam on the inside of the wing. Anyone have a quick fix for this?

Yeah. Soak thin foam safe ca in or a better fix is to use some laminating resin. My vandal wing is pretty much all ca along the aileron hinge line. It slowly peeled away and has be better ever since!

If one is having this issue, then I'd recommend looking up Oleg's or Mark Drela's notes on facing flaperons. The fabric will help tie the skins together and aid in preventing this.

Or you can do what I've done which is inset a 1/8" thick strip of vertical grain balsa for an inch each side of the control connection. This is the highest stress area and where delamination typically occurs first on a top drive installation.
