I stopped by the avenues after dropping my kids off at school. It was blowing from the north and was already white capping at 8:15. Wish I could have taken a day off.

It was a solid 28, super smooth first flight 1hour, second flight 30 and of course I took it home in one piece, it's not a f3f plane.

Woot, and congratz on the landing F3F my ass, it still takes mad skills to land unharmed there even if you're flying a solid PSS tank.

-Jonathan

EDIT: Who lacked the skills or the solid PSS last time he was there.

A couple more pics of landings from my last visit there (pics not taken by me).

This is slopeiron coming in hot.

Here's someone else (John) coming in for a landing.

That was actually a pretty good landing by North Face standards.

My first thought is ..
Hey he must have lost his hoe and needs to plant some crops !!

The next shot ...
Aren't acrobatics supposed to be done before contacting the ground??

I am glad that you "got some " today.

Oh, I've been working. The stab for my Typhoon will be ready to bag on Thursday. I am going to try to get the wing ready to go too.

Those "landing" shots are epic!

Reminds me of how I land at just about every hill.

Sort of. Marineland was a bit further down. This slope is the south cliff of Bluff Cove. The south end extends way out and faces north.
