Many of the blue core wings are made from 1/4" fanfold foam insulation. The blue stuff is made by Dow but it's somewhat hard to find now. I bought a bundle of Owens-Corning (which is pink) but I haven't made anything out of it yet. You can also use the foam core poster board if you wet and peel the paper off. The motors, servos, batteries, and props can be found from several vendors. My two personal favorites are Hobby King and HeadsUpRC.

If it flies with a motor, it'll fly as a glider, providing the CG is the same.

I have a ton of FFF sitting around, and some other gear, thinking 9g servo's and a .10 super tiger with a 8x8 and 30 amp ESC, gives good performance speed wise on some of my profile park jets, bet it will make a wing just howl. 285 watts on one of these should be a white knuckle blast, but still easier than my pylons in the wind.

Tail less pusher jet FFF wing build

I am involved in a scratchbuild contest over on WF......so I am using the 40in wing I've built here before but with a jet type fuse and single vert stab in place of the wing tip plates.
Same wing, but used differently than before

I like it. I want to build a large wing for fpv. Not sure how that'll work out but its worth a shot.

Successful combination!

So the experiment is a success.....the Bluecor wing with fuse attached is a very good flyer.
