The fine art of taildraggers. Full up elevator as you start, working the rudder to keep her straight, releasing elevator at the right speed, not too early to risk nosing over, but not too late to have an early liftoff, and if it's a crosswind having to hold aileron into the wind and releasing it at the right rate/time as well... It's not all about mashing the throttle!
