Two day DLG Contest in Redmond, WA!!

NWSS Hand Launch Glider Contest (2-Day) Date: Saturday August 9, 2008 Time: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Location: 60-Acres Park, Redmond, WA Notes: Hand Launch Glider Club Contest 60-Acres, Redmond, WA (http://www.seattleareasoaringsociety...ixty_acres.htm) The fun starts at 9am, bring your 1.5m span hand launch glider, $15 for 1 day, $20 for 2 days, your AMA card, and your lunch. We'll run 6 rounds of person-on-person HLG tasks each day, using rules similar to those used at the IHLGF in Poway, CA (http://www.torreypinesgulls.org/IHLGF.htm) This contest will count for NWSS HLG Season points (http://www.northwestsoaringsociety.org/) For more information email red'at'tgworks.com.
