I hope you're right but I'll be suprised if it IS a JST connector...

I believe the manual shows the JST connector and/or refers to it...

The manual is available online on the product page.

http://www.horizonhobby.com/pdf/EFL6250-Manual_EN.pdf

Manual does state JST where it talks about the recommended battery

Way overpriced for what it is being designed by Quique and having his name plastered all over helps bump up the price even more shame.

Watching the demo, I was holding my breath for the AS3X logo too... The whole idea behind AX3X is to downsize the planes physically while still flying 'big'. I'm not sure this plane can handle as much wind as the B3D for the SB3D.

Setting the lack of AS3X aside, I haven't seen anything flying like this in this category. Pretty awesome performance from 3.5g servos..

Haha, not having AS3X I was already making up my mind to skip this one, but then I saw QQ.... Grrrrr, lol, now I probably cannot help looking for a good deal.. Pěty HH doesn't offer it as PnP, or completely ARTF. A PnP would have been a no brainer.

If you really want to use 2S .45Ah, you could try to prop it up a bit, but better check the amp-draw before applying it. With some planes I've gone in the in the opposite direction, that would be 2S2P, with the throttle D/R set to equal amp draw, but I don't know whether the EFL7300 can take 4S. 2S2P .3Am Nanotechs from the B3D could be worth a shot.

how can anyone say this one is overpriced??????????? The Super Cub UMX is the same price.

This looks like a very good deal to me. I plan on buying one the day they are available.

As for the AS3X, clearly the video shows there is no need for the extra stability.

I think this is the best one they have come out with in a long time.

I agree completely. I think the price point is about right.

I think price is good. I will probably get one. I like that it has proper servos!!

Also, i've flown my non-as3x sbach in winds over 20mph. So I doubt this one will have much problems.

I was excited to see it actually doing some decent 3D (rollers, blenders, KE spins, inverted harrier). This should be a fun plane for 3D guys and non 3D guys alike!

I agree totally. Doesn't look in the video to be forced into 3D type manuvers, looks at home doing them.

I need to ask Horizon if they can do direct deposit for me!!!!
