Yeah, that price is certainly good. I'm just wondering if it will cost more for the painted version. Once I can see a pic and the price, I can go ahead and order a handful of 4S 2200 lipos. I'm curious if/how it will handle 3S. At 46 oz, I'm thinking not.

Yeah I think 4s will be the only way to go unless you swap out the motor.

Here's the link to the plain white unpainted version. Nothing fancy just plain white. The colored version is almost here so just a few more days. I'm still not sure how Dynam did the color scheme for that one, but I'll try to update you guys when i get my hands on it.

lkagan... The plane will need a 4s 2200mAh to fly (actually a 4s 1800mAh would be even better to keep things light). A 3s may work, but I would not recommend it.

Not sure about a 30" version since it maybe too heavy, but I can bring it up with my boss and see if he can make it happen

We're offering an ARF version which is pretty much a receiver ready package. Add a TX,RX, and a flight battery and your good to go. The Pitts is called the PEAKS on nitroplanes website :/ FYI I didn't come up with that name lol

The Pitts is now called PEAKS on NP website. Don't ask me how that name came to be. I never agreed to that name, but hey I'm not the boss haha

Thanks for the pic Tony.
A little off topic but, since you're listening is Nitro still going to get the newer FMS 1400mm warbirds? The is an ongoing discussion with the hope that you will so we don't have to order future planes from that other company.

How much building is involved with the ARF version? I recently got back into the hobby after 8 years and I vowed not to build anymore.

I would imagine if it's anything like the Dynam Grand Cruiser I just got it's as simple as putting the elevator, rudder, and wings on. Then hooking up the control rods. The Grand Cruiser used very little glue. Most of the new stuff uses little to no glue in favor of the pieces having molded capture points and a screw or two.
