Paper backed veneer thin exactly! Its funny I'm a woodworker by trade but it took like 5 different builds to use it! 80g! Wow. The biggest pieces on it are the main plates at 40g and I have no concerns of them breaking ( survived a lot, even an angry (ex) gf!! Mounting hardware is nylon and is a give point. Anything else can be templates and recut easily ( except the arms a little trickier but I made extra)

Here is a poor screen shot of a video I took last night. I'll try to get my wife to take some good shots for me tonight.

Hi, here's my mini quad.

I used husban brushed motors and props, a micro multiwii controller with multiwii 2.4. For the frame: .25mm carbon fibre sheet and 5mm carbon fibre pultruded tubes all stuck together with 5 minute epoxy and M1 screws.

This is my micro quad

I used the tail motors, mounts and props from some Syma s107 helis, micro multiwii 2.4 controller and for the frame I used .25 carbon fibre sheet and 3mm carbon fibre pultruded tube.

The motors are a bit weak, I got the smallest lipo I could find and it will just about hover on full throttle but then it loses height if I turn at all and the battery goes after 1 1/2 minutes
