ESC Synchronization.

My stock ESCs died, replaced them by 70A cheap ones one with bec one without but same model and when powered up the fans turned at different RPMs. They even started turning at different stick positions. Then changed the ESC with BEC by the same model without BEC and put a separate BEC and tried again. Same issue. Then tried to fix it programming and no progress. Then somehow one of the ESCs and the external BEC fried on the ground. And now I'm still waiting to put a new order on a couple of neww ESCs and a different external BEC.

THATS ALOT OF STUFF TO GO BAD! I wonder how so many things could burn out at the same time?

Gold,

5mm connectors min. is what I would use on the battery to esc side. On the motor to esc side 3mm-4mm is fine.

No way jose I wouldn't use em. Those xt90 rated @ 90a , genuine ec5 are rated @ 120a continuous 160a peak & XT150 @ 250.

Hey anyone-- when programming ESC, can they be connected to the motors or do they have to be dis-connected?

Can be connected.
Pretty well needs to be because they use the motor as the 'beeper'.
